You might recognise familiar feelings of being unseen, not enough, or worried about being left. Relationships may feel difficult, or you might feel disconnected from others, or even from yourself, and longing for more calm, clarity, and understanding.

In our work together, we gently explore how earlier relationships and life experiences may be shaping how you feel today. This can include looking at attachment patterns, loss, and repeating relational dynamics, always at a pace that feels safe and manageable for you.

I bring many years of experience working within NHS environments, with insight into the emotional demands and pressures that workplaces can place on individuals. I also support people affected by workplace stress or bullying, whatever their field of work.
